God sometimes uses the word ‘’we’’ in the Qur'an regarding to Himself. Why?

God uses sometimes the word ‘’we’’ in the Qur’an regarding to Himself. This denotes His Greatness and Sublimate. Almost in every language plural form of the words is used instead of singular for respect and excellence.

In general in the Qur’an the singular form has been used in the verses where God's entity and His attributions are mentioned , sometimes singular and sometimes plural form have been employed in the verses as His actions are mentioned. These are the examples for the using sometimes singular and sometimes plural forms, ''We created you'' {Wâqı’a, 56/57}, ''Do not they look at the sky above them? How We built and furnished it'' {Qâf, 50/6}, ''Surely We created the human being'' {Qâf, 50/16}. ‘’Allah created the skies without any pillars that you can see. He set on the earth firm mountains, lest it should shake you, and He scattered through it every kinds of beasts. We sent down water from the sky, and produced on the earth every kind of beautiful and useful crops’’ (Luqmân, 31/10), ‘’We made the Night and the Day as (showing Our Power) two Signs’’ (Isrâ 17/12) In the verses like these both singular and plural personal pronouns have been used. Singular personal pronouns have been used in the verses regarding His self and divinity, such as; ‘’Surely I am your Lord!’’ (Tâhâ 20/12), ‘’Surely I am Allah; there is no god but I, so worship Me.’’ (Tâhâ 20/14), ‘’He is Allah besides Whom there is no god.’’ (Hashr 59/22).
