HAFIZLIK EĞİTİMİ: ELAZIĞ-HARPUT HAMDİ BAŞARAN
KUR'AN KURSU ÖRNEĞİ

Özet:

    Hafızlık, Kur'an-ı Kerim'in tamamını ezberlemeye yönelik bir eğitim faaliyetidir. Çeşitli yöntemlerle gerçekleştirilen bu eğitim, İslam'ın ilk günlerinden itibaren günümüze kadar adeta gelenekselleşerek devam etmektedir. İslam'ın ilk dönemlerinde bu eğitim, okuma, anlama, uygulama ve ezberlemeye dayalı iken, günümüzde gelinen süreçte sadece ezberlemeye dayalı bir alana kaymıştır. Bunun dışında hafızlığın yapılma şekli, hafızlığa başlama yaşı, sadece Arapça metne bağlı kalıp anlamını öğrenememe gibi bazı problemlerle günümüzde bu kurum, varlığını sürdürmeye çalışmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Kur'an eğitimi alanında bölgede hizmet eden Harput Hamdi Başaran Kur'an Kursu öğrenci ve öğreticilerinin bu konularla ilgili fikir ve düşüncelerini öğrenmeye yönelik bir alan araştırmasıdır.

   The Education of Memorizing the Whole Qur'an: the Case of Elazığ-Harput Hamdi Başaran Qur'an Course

     Abstract:

    Memorizing of the Qur'an is an educational action for the purpose of memorizing the whole Qur'an. This education carried out with different methods have continued as a tradition from the early days of Islam up to now. While this education, in the early days of Islam, was based on reading, understanding, putting into practice and memorizing, recently this activity have been consisting of only reading and memorizing. This structure goes on in spite of the difficulties such as the method of memorizing the whole Qur'an, the starting ages for the education of Qur'an and learning the Arabic language in our country. This study is a field research concerning the thought of the teachers and the students of Harput Hamdi Başaran Qur'an Course which served in the realm of education of the Qur'an in the region.
